The Plant-Sumner House (1896) included modern amenities such as water, plumbing, and electricity. And here is a fun fact for you: this house had electricity before the whole city of Clearwater did!⠀ ⠀ In the 1930’s, the modern kitchen was added to the structure. I think it is lovely 😍. The house carries its owner’s name, Robert Sumner, who served as a minister, dairy farmer and Belleair postmaster, and moved into the home with his wife Julia and family in 1912. The family occupied the home for more than 40 years! Today, the house can be found inside the Heritage Village in Pinellas County. An exquisite building filled with treasures, if you ask me… ⠀ 📍11909 125th Street N, Largo, FL 33778, United States⠀ ⠀
