Move over N Seoul Tower and Seoul Sky Observatory, thereโs a new and unique way to get that panoramic view of Seoul. SEOULDAL is a 22-meter diameter moon-shaped gas balloon that is tethered to the ground in Yeouido Park. You can travel up 130 meters into the sky for a 15 minute ride. Up to 30 people can take a ride on the balloon at one time. That said, if the winds are high as they were the day we went, they will have less people ride for safety reasons.
