homemade tiramisu :: recipe from my very childhood ☕️ since we moved to New York from Ukraine we are just getting back to the life norms we used to have. Right before moving my dad got us a @delonghiofficial coffee machine that crafted the best coffee we’ve made at home. years past by and we got it again, as soon as we could. Now it brings a sense of home that’s left in Ukraine, and it inspired me to recreate a tiramisu my mom used to make on every single one of my birthdays. here’s the recipe of {whipped cream free} natural homemade tiramisu: 250 gr of mascarpone 2 eggs 40 gr of sugar savoiardi (lady fingers) and coco powder for the top a cup of good brewed coffee separate yolks from the egg whites and mix the yolks with sugar, and egg whites separately. Add mascarpone cheese to the yolks, mix well, and then add egg whites. dip every savoiardi into coffe and lay down the first layer, cover up with a half of the cream mixture, repeat for the second layer. Finish up with sifting the coco powder set to cool down overnight and enjoy it with your loved ones
