Intro class starts at $12 with code Erin888 @worthybreathandbody invited me over for a crash course in their offers. We did condensed versions of heated mat Pilates and yoga sculpt classes, finishing with some guided breathwork. TBD, I haven’t worked out in over a year but these classes felt approachable (but still challenging!) and reinvigorating. All their classes are designed to stress your body in the *right* way and balance your nervous system. I’d say it worked!
