📍Gion Komori 〒605-0087 Kyoto, Higashiyama Ward, Motoyoshicho, 61 祇園新橋 There is always a long queue outside this shop but the wait time is around 15 mins so don’t get discouraged by the queue! There are lots of seats inside so it frees up very quickly. I recommend trying their Warabimochi- the original “Kinako” flavour, or the “Matcha” flavour. I think they sell some of the most delicious warabimochis in Kyoto! Food shown: • Matcha Warabimochi ¥1,400 • Sakura Parfait (Limited time) ¥1,900 A lot of restaurants in Japan still only accepts cash. This is also true for food stalls at festivals- cherry blossom festivals, summer festivals, and when you get things from a shrine or a temple. The good thing is that it is super easy to withdraw cash, because you can do it at Seven Bank ATMs! (There may be times when it is not open 24 hours. Some services may not be available.) Please try out Seven Bank ATMs at 7-Eleven stores to withdraw cash to ensure a seamless paying experience in Japan.☺️ @7bankofficial #PR #japantrip #japantips #kyotojapan #kyotodessert #japancash #japantravel #kyototrip #7bank #7BankCashtravel #kyotofood
