Seoul Light is a dazzling display on the exterior of the Dongdaemun Design Plaza. From December 17 through January 1, visit from 7:00pm to 10:00pm to see a show every half hour. FYI, there’s a special New Years Eve Countdown show that starts at 11:45pm too. There are different themed light shows too so you can catch different shows if you want to stick around for a bit.
