Vegan guide to Sofia 👇🏼 Sofia was a city that really exceed out expectations. It had such a nice vibe and the vegan food was definitely not missing! A really famous dish that you can easily find the vegan version of is a pastry called Banitsa. It’s made with filo pastry and stuffed with many different things. We have tried lots of different restaurants, these are our favourite: 👉🏻 Edgy Veggie - for the best burgers and milkshakes! 👉🏻 Sun & Moon - vegetarian restaurant amazing for Bulgarian traditional recipe 👉🏻 Soul Kitchen - international food such as omelettes, spring rolls etc but really delicious! 👉🏻 @lovinghutsofia - for very cheap and traditional Bulgaria food. 👉🏻 @rawandmore_pastry - for their amazing vegan raw chocolates! Honestly surreal. You have to go. Save this guide for when you go to Sofia!🏷️ PS - I’m hosting a trip for fellow vegans to make friends and have the trip of their lifetime! Comment “TRIP” if you want more details 🫶🏻👇🏻 #vegansofia #sofiabulgaria #sofia #vegantravel #veganbulgaria #vegantrip #veganfood #vegantravelfood
