Secret spot: So you’ve listened to me before and stepped into the Seoul City Hall building rather than just walking by. You’ve seen the amazing interior and installations. Well, I’ve got one more secret for you… there’s a two floor cafe in the top of that wave that is open for all. While most cafes in the downtown area are bustling, this one is usually quiet and mostly just frequented by the Seoul City Hall workers themselves who know about it. The key to finding it is to find the one elevator that goes up there for non-workers. It’s hidden in the lobby all the way to the right after you enter and it’s on the backside of what just looks like a pillar holding up the massive indoor green garden.
