Traveling internationally can be very scary for a lot of people, especially if it’s something you’re not comfortable doing. I think, especially as women we have been conditioned and taught to always put our safety above everything else. What I have found, though is often times I have felt safer in a foreign country. Then I have in places like LA or New Orleans. Safety is important while you travel, but not every place is as dangerous as people think.
