All you need to know 🥞↓ @cajapanesepancakes are known for their viral Japanese wobbly pancakes that also so happen to be gluten free 🥞 ⏰ I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and highly reccomend booking online in advance to secure a table as the venue is small and the queue gets LONG. You can show up on the day but are not guaranteed a table. 🌾 All of their Japanese jiggling pancakes are naturally gluten and lactose free! Just beware that NOT all toppings are. We had the crème brûlée which was naturally GF, and just replaced the biscoff on the chocolate pancakes with a GF crumble. 💰X2 pancake dishes & X2 iced lattes = £40. I felt it was worth the money as I struggle to find any gluten free pancake brunch spots in London so this was a special treat, however some people might think this is overpriced for what it is. 🍳 Taste? It’s so hard to describe it! Like a light fluffy, savoury marshmallow soufflé - you can definitely taste the egg and what I think was some kind of milk-like mixture. I think the sweeter the topping, the better the overall taste of the pancake. They had lots of toppings options and my favourite was the chocolate Nutella with fruit 🍫 📍324 VAUXHALL BRIDGE ROAD, SW1V 1AA and 195 Chiswick High Road  London  W4 2DR  🚽 My one issue was the fact there are no toilets on site at the Vauxhall branch. The Vauxhall restaurant IS small and doesn’t hold a large capacity so this is understandable but it’s better to know this before you go.
