Stand across the street in front of the post office for the best view. But if you want to take in different angles and less crowds, make your way across the street to the fountain as well. Music rings out and the crowds take it in at least a couple of times. Take it all in and then walk up the street to Lotte Department Store (롯데백화점 본점) for their beautiful displays.
