Have you ever had Absinthe? While Absinthe was created in France, Prague has really grasped on to it and has a flourishing drinking culture around this green liquor that often tastes like black licorice. Honestly Absinthe is usually not my favorite but the bartenders in Prague know exactly how to cut it to make it more manageable to drink. We had wonderful cocktails and mixed shots at Absintherie in old town Prague. Drinks were around $12 USD and mixed shots were $6.50 USD
