My tips for getting the most out of your visit: Send this to someone who needs to go on a road trip to this magical place! OG video by @nicoandsina ⏰ You have to get there before 10:00 AM on a weekday for the least amount of crowds. 🌤️ Go on a sunny day with just a little bit of cloud. This gives you that perfect, deep water clarity without the harsh surface glare. 🥾 Do the full Te Waihou walkway from the Whites Road end. Most people never go past the first viewpoint, so you’ll likely have the trail to yourself. 🏊 Do NOT swim in the main spring, it's strictly banned to protect the vegetation. But if you start at the Whites Road entrance, there’s a designated swimming area right there where you can actually get in the water.
