To taste for yourself, start with @clossolene. Solene was founded by Guillaume and Solène Fabre, a French winemaking couple who moved to Paso Robles after working in Bordeaux. Expect elegant, French-style wines that lean more Old World than bold Paso. They’re part of a tight-knit group of French and French-trained winemakers who’ve quietly helped shape parts of Paso’s wine scene — sometimes jokingly called the region’s “French mafia.” VISITING + INFO 🍷 Tastings are private 🍷 Reservations required 🍷 Open 10–4 daily 🍷 They’re also currently building a beautiful new cellar, production facility, and tasting room in the nearby hillside—but that doesn’t detract at all from the current tasting space. 👉 Send to someone you’d like to drink wine in Paso with 😎 👉 Follow @wheresjessieb for more California travel inspiration. ✨ Comment OUI for my itinerary for a Paso Robles wine getaway. #pasorobles #californiawine #visitcalifornia #jessiebinpasorobles
