▼Spot info▼ 📍GARDEN OF FINE ARTS KYOTO 　　@toban_meiga ____________________ 🖼️About The Garden of Fine Arts Kyoto is the world’s first open-air art garden where visitors can enjoy full-sized ceramic reproductions of famous masterpieces. The works are displayed in a striking outdoor space designed by renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando. There are a total of eight ceramic panels, four of which—including The Last Judgment—were originally created for the 1990 International Garden and Greenery Exposition. The other four, including In the Terrace, were newly produced for this site. At one point, the garden became a viral photo spot and was often crowded. But nowadays, especially on weekdays, it’s calm and quiet—a perfect place to take your time and enjoy. The architecture itself is fascinating and beautiful, with something to admire from every angle. Even The Last Judgment changes depending on your viewing position, so it’s fun to explore and find your favorite spot to look at it.
