Like a Steak on a Bun 🥩 A Bold, Meaty Gourmet Burger 🍔 【Restaurant】 🏠 㐂舌響 KITAN HIBIKI YAKINIKU & STEAK 【Location】 📍 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ Let me introduce KITAN HIBIKI YAKINIKU & STEAK, a stylish spot where you can enjoy gourmet burgers in an upscale setting 💁‍♀️ I was torn between the Wagyu tasting set and the burger—but I went with the burger 🍔 Each one is grilled over charcoal after you order, giving it the feel of a steak in burger form 🥩 The rich flavor of aged Wagyu beef bursts with every bite—it’s all about the meat here!☺️ There are two types of burgers in my mind: 1. Juicy 2. Meaty And this one? It’s definitely the meaty kind—lean, bold, and satisfying 💥 Turns out, this burger is a collab with “Gee’s Burger”, one of Tabelog’s Top 100 burger spots in Japan 🤔 The restaurant also offers steak and teppanyaki at night, and the space itself was beautifully designed. I’d love to come back for dinner next time 🍽️ Fun fact: I was the only Japanese guest during my visit—everyone else was from overseas!
