Day 1: arrive in Guatemala City, explore the city a bit and have dinner Day 2: leave for Lake Atitlan, arrive in the afternoon and relax at hotel (La Fortuna) Day 3: Lake Atitlan, day trip to Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo Day 4: Lake Atitlan, day trip to Casa del Mundo and San Juan La Laguna, stay in San Marcos Day 5: explore San Marcos in the morning, then leave for Antigua and arrive in the afternoon Day 6: leave for Acatenango & Fuego volcano overnight hike Day 7: finish hike and get back to Antigua in the afternoon, explore the town Day 8: Antigua, day trip to Hobbitenango Day 9: leave for Guatemala City, explore GC before flying out!
