All you need to know ↓🌸 🇦🇺 If you’re gluten free or coeliac and visiting Sydney, this restaurant needs to be on your list. ✨ @thebotanica.vaucluse is a beautiful floral restaurant in Sydney’s east that is 100% gluten free and fully accredited by Coeliac Australia - meaning everything on the menu is completely safe for coeliacs. 🌿 The restaurant sources their food from local farms and is surrounded by a botanical garden and even uses herbs and flowers picked fresh from the garden in their dishes, which brings so many unique flavours to the food. 🍽️ Their philosophy centres around local Australian produce, with seasonal dishes that are incredibly fresh and full of flavour.
