Culture Station Seoul 284 isn’t just an exhibition hall. It was originally Gyeongseong Station, built in 1925 during the Japanese occupation. The building still keeps its original red bricks, arched windows, and stained glass ceiling. After being restored, it reopened as a cultural space that now hosts exhibitions, performances, and community events. The current exhibition, 《우리들의 낙원》 (“Our Paradise”), runs until July 27. It brings together artworks that explore what paradise means in today’s world—from personal memories to imagined futures. You’ll find installations, photos, and interactive pieces spread across both floors of the old station. You can walk through the historic waiting rooms and central hall, or join a guided tour to learn more about the building’s past. On weekends, there are also reading events where visitors can relax and listen to stories in quiet corners of the space. 🛎 Visitor Tips – Free entry (no ticket needed for the exhibition) – Open Tuesday to Sunday, 11am–7pm (closed Mondays) – Closest station: Seoul Station Exit 2 (Lines 1 or 4) – Best time to visit: Late mornings on weekdays – What to wear: Comfortable shoes for walking and stairs 📍A great spot if you’re interested in history, architecture, or want to see how old buildings are being used in new ways. #CultureStationSeoul284 #우리들의낙원 #SeoulArtSpace #VisitSeoul #HiddenGemsSeoul #KoreaExhibition #서울역사 #FreeInSeoul #ArtAndHistory
