things every woman has to realize if she wants her dreams to actually happen this is something I’ve learnt while building a life of my dreams almost from scratch, getting into the dream university, moving to New York, building a career, creating this blog and space for people to get life inspiration based on a true story 🤍 @alice_odessa [1.] no one is going to hand you a clear path. when i moved to new york at 18, it didn’t feel organized or impressive, it felt very uncertain. but movement creates direction faster than overthinking ever will. sometimes you just need to start moving into your dream direction and things will start working for you [2.] belief alone isn’t enough, the decisions are what change things. applying to my dream university and going for the full grant felt like a stretch. but dreams only start moving when you treat them like real plans. book that trip with a one way ticket, save funds, decide in your favour, and don’t forget that you only have 1 life [3.] your environment will quietly shape your standards. living in new york changed the way i think about ambition. studying in paris now is doing the same for creativity and taste. [4.] growth rarely looks glamorous from the inside. most of the time it’s studying, working, figuring things out, and repeating small efforts until they add up. [5.] you don’t need everyone to understand your vision. some people only see the logic once you’re already there. [6.] courage is usually just the decision to try before you feel ready. almost every step that mattered in my life started that way. [7.] dream lives are built gradually. moving cities, studying what i love, working in fashion — none of it happened overnight. it came from many small choices that slowly changed my reality.
