To showcase the charm of the finest tea, the Uji tea wholesaler Kitagawa Hanbee Shoten, established in the first year of the Bunkyu era, opened this Japanese tea café. This shop was one I had wanted to visit for a while, but I’m so glad I didn’t come alone! Tasting different teas while exchanging ideas with my friend made it so much more enjoyable. We had a great time talking about all sorts of things—thank you for the wonderful company!
