I always wanted to visit Petra… but no one told me it was basically leg day in hell 😂 I signed up for a magical desert experience. What I got: 🏃‍♀️ 10,000 steps before 10am 🔥 The sun trying to kill me 🪨 Rocks, stairs, more stairs 😂 A camel judging me for panting But then… A literal lost city appears in the cliffs and suddenly I forgot I was dying. Worth it? Absolutely. But bear in mind that Petra is much more than just the treasury so be prepared for heat (depending on the season) and lots of walking and hiking on uneven terrain!
