All you need to know ↓🐭 ⏰ Disney parks have set closing times where all guests have to go home, right? Wrong! There is a way around staying in the park after closing and I’ll let you in on the secret… 🍽️ Did you know some restaurants in Disney parks take reservations shortly AFTER closing hours? 🪐 For example, Hollywood Studios ‘closed’ at 9pm, but we strategically scored the latest possible dining reservation at a popular Star Wars restaurant called ‘Oga’s Cantina’ at 9:45pm. The reservation time lasts 45 minutes and so after our reservation we got to leave the park at 10:30pm! Sure to say it was totally empty bar a few other guests and totally awesome. 🎢 The same can be done for rides. If the park closes at 9pm, but you’re in the queue for a ride at 8:59pm then you’ll be allowed to get in line no matter how long it may be - hence getting to again leave the park once it is empty & way past closing. 🙋🏼‍♀️ As you make your way through the park ‘after closing time’, a Cast Member might try direct you to the exit, you will just have to show your reservation in your My Disney Experience app or in your email confirmation. 📸 Once your reservation has finished you’ll be able to walk towards the exit through the park taking in the quiet and grabbing some amazing photo opportunities. Generally staff are pretty relaxed about letting you stay an extra 5 minutes to take photos so long as you are slowly making your way to the exit.
