Finally checked off Alinea from my restaurant bucket list! 🙌 To be 100% honest, purely based on food, it wasn’t my favorite 😬 The flavors didn’t feel balanced in some dishes, and some others felt too salt and truffle heavy But it was still a really fun and memorable dinner, our server was super sweet, and I did enjoy all the theatrics 🎭 My favorite bites of the night were the Black Truffle Explosion (it was like a truffle soup dumpling and the ultimate umami bomb) and the painted table dessert (loved the combination of earl grey and lavender flavors) 🍨 Plus, the balloon dessert was so fun and gave @needshortusername the funniest helium voice that made me laugh until I cried 🎈🤣 Is Alinea on your list?
