When weather in January in Seoul is so harsh that Hanganag River freezes… It’s absolutely beautiful moment and I highly recommend to go check it out if you happen to be in Korea. Dress up warmly and if it gets too cold, warm up in some of the coffee shops along the river banks. Best spot to experience the frozen river: Somsevit Floating Islands, Banpo Bridge
