One of the best and perhaps most surprising foods for me in Singapore was Rojak. This one was low on my list but became an instant favorite. Tropical fruits are mixed with shrimp paste, chili, sugar, and ginger. I can't stop thinking about how delicious this dish was. And how much this mixture of flavors represents Singapore itself! #singapore #singaporefood #rojak
