After living in Korea for almost 2.5 years it finally was time: I got my first Korean Full Body Scrub! 😍 For this I went to @co.sulis_spa to have a very personal experience and I loved every second of it. 🧖🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️ I honestly can’t remember the last time I was able to completely let go of all the things I have on my mind… until now. First I got a herbal tea, the nice staff explained how the whole process works and then I changed into my birth suit - the reason I don’t show you the actual process 🫣 I took a 20 minute bath with a special medical herb solution to soften my skin and open my pores - which is the most important step of a good body scrub. 🛁 And damn let me tell you - the amount of dirt and dead skin she then scrubbed off was crazy 😦 I first was a bit afraid, that I would feel uncomfortable or that it would hurt, as I’m not used to this at all - but the 세신사 (the women who does the procedure) was so lovely and made sure that everything is good for me! 🥹 She gave me a loooooong massage after the scrub and finished the procedure with a full body collagen treatment for skin regeneration.
