After the first round, I had 8 aromas my nose liked, and then I could pare it down to 6 with the help of the super helpful staff. (Iris, we loved you!) Rather than just mixing and go like so many other classes I’ve been in, they really help you find the balance of the aromas through a three round process of adding aromas, testing, and balancing.
