Each dish was prepared one by one and the timing was immaculate. I used to work at a temple and it takes so much effort and experience to nail the timing. If you are a seafood + meat lover you will definitely love this course. I didn’t show too much of them but there were lots of vegetables dishes too. Like Chinese yam, mushrooms, and lotus. My favourite was definitely the Wagyu- perfectly cooked and so delicious. There were actually 21 dishes because they offered a special curry rice right after the Sukiyaki! What a pleasant surprise.
