It’s industrial. The wine and food pairings are international—and not just in a French/Italian kind of way. They’ve been known to throw dance parties. And now, they have a new, beautiful tasting room for their Saldo wine brand. Tip: reservations are recommended for tastings (typical in Napa) but they usually have space for walk-ins for wine by the glass. . 🥔 @charlies_nv: Hands down my new favorite wine-country restaurant. Yes, because of the potatoes (can you tell I love the potatoes?) but also the lively, friendly atmosphere—we made friends with no less than 6 other guests while hanging out at the bar.
