How did I like Hawaiian Airlines? This was my first time flying in Hawaiian Airlines, and as someone who flies Alaska Airlines quite a lot I was really excited because of the new merger they have. Overall it is a good airline. However the flight domestically was much better than the flight internationally. flying from Auckland to Honolulu was just an OK flight. The food was probably some of the worst food I’ve had on an airplane in all of my travels. The check-in process in Auckland was also quite a nightmare. our flight from Honolulu to Seattle was leaps and bounds better to the point that I could’ve sworn they were two different airlines. Our one meal we had was really really good and they provided some yummy yummy rum drinks. Even though it was an older plane, it allowed us to have more legroom, which was really nice .
