Explore with @chrisbg the beautiful cherry blossom at Jeongdok Library. This building was built in 1938 as the main hall of Kyunggi High School which was established in 1900 as the Korea's first school of secondary education. It has been used as Jeongdok Public Library of Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education since 1976 when the school moved to Gangnam. It was the finest school building of the period completed with a modern steam heating systen and is valued highly for its historical significance as the birthplace of the Korea's public secondary education. #cherryblossom #seoul #southkorea
