All you need to know ↓🍝 🍽️ @gf_pastadicasa in Mosman is a 100% coeliac safe kitchen serving up pretty much everything you’d expect not to be gluten free! 🫶🏼 They host monthly dine-in and takeaway events, and everything is made from scratch to prove that food allergies do not need to be difficult (or boring). 🍝 I ordered:
• Wagyu beef ragu fettuccine – freshly made GF pasta that is so rare to find
• Chicken schnitzel with chips & gravy – the coating on the schnitzel was SO flavoursome
• Ice cream sandwich – GF biscuit, chocolate coating, vanilla ice cream & gooey salted caramel 🧊 They also sell fresh and frozen meals you can pick up or have delivered to select Sydney suburbs on certain days 💰 Main dishes range from around $15–$25 🕐 • Wednesday: 2pm - 5:30pm (frozen stock)
