Niroumianguan in Gwanghwamun has been recognized by the Michelin Bib Gourmand five years in a row. They serve a Shandong-style broth beef noodle soup that is clean yet rich, and every bite is cozy, delicious, and full of vibrant taste. Glad I brought some friends so we could order more because the eggplant in Yu Xiang sauce was so flavorful and the sweet and sour pork was a perfect crisp between noodle bites.
