𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞? Just south of the village of North Bennington is the Burt Henry Covered Bridge, one of Vermont’s covered bridges. The bridge opened in 1835, and it spans the Walloomsac River. Close to it you will find the Henry House—a residence built in 1769, which belonged to William Henry, a Revolutionary War Hero and participant in the Battle of Bennington.
