One of the best fine dining experiences in recent memory! ✨ @six_test_kitchen is a 1-Michelin star restaurant in Paso Robles that’s been on my radar for a while now. But because they’re only open 4 days a week, with only 12 seats at the chef’s counter, and 1 seating per night (AND Paso isn’t exactly close to SF), it’s taken me a couple of years to finally visit. And I’m happy to say that it was worth the wait! Using fresh ingredients from the Central Coast and incorporating Asian-inspired techniques and flavors, Six Test Kitchen is serving up a culinary experience you won’t soon forget. Every dish on the tasting menu was fantastic and the service was polished yet warm. I also highly recommend the non-alcoholic pairing featuring beverages from @non.world 🍷 I was really impressed by the complex and bold flavor profiles of the drinks! Of course they also have a regular wine pairing as well.
