📍First day in El Salvador 🇸🇻 We checked into Cardedeu Centro HistĂłrico, a charming hotel set in the heart of San Salvador. Breakfast started strong with a full tĂpico plate—red beans, fried plantains, local cheese, avocado, eggs, and warm bread balls. Our first adventure took us up to El BoquerĂłn, the impressive volcanic crater overlooking the city. Crisp air, dense greenery, and dramatic views made it the perfect intro to El Salvador’s landscapes. Lunch at Las Brumas Grill & CafĂ© near the crater was a highlight—fresh ceviche and homemade horchata with panoramic views. Later, we came across the historic Guirola family mansion, oddly preserved in the middle of a shopping mall—a striking reminder of San Salvador’s layered history. We passed through the sleek financial district before ending the day with a night tour of the historic center—Plaza Libertad, the National Palace, and the National Theatre all lit up in golden light. ✨This city is full of contrast, charm, and surprises. Can’t wait for more. #ElSalvadorTravel #SanSalvador #ElBoquerĂłn #LatinAmericaTrip
