
Jangchung-dong, Seoul is the birthplace of Korean braised pig trotters (jokbal). In Seoul's jokbal alleyway, the grandmothers brought their recipes and adapted them from North Korea, making one of the most delicious pork dishes on earth. Jokbal is soft and fragrant, braised in ginger and soy.
