
the first morning of 2025 brought such a comfort and peace. I am glad I could create a comfort space for my thoughts to unwrap and to slowly start this year as I feel like. I came up with 5 niche things that you can do in the beginning of the year to set a comfort and peace in your life for 2025: • [set good intentions] write down small, meaningful goals instead of overwhelming resolutions. Listen to yourself and focus on what feels good to you. • [create a space for the year to unwrap] clear out old energy by organizing your room, desk, or digital files. A fresh space can mean a fresh mindset. • [define your mornings] come up with an inspiring morning routine or a grounding habit like journaling, stretching, or sipping coffee slowly. something that will make you feel better this year. • [reflect on wins and refine your core strategies] write down what you’re proud of from last year to remind yourself how far you’ve come. Analyse what typical ways of doing or approaching life aspects or events you have that might not suite your vision of self anymore, and create new ones. • [act gently] In the era of brutal masculine changes culture embrace moving at your pace. Begin with small, actionable steps toward your goals—like planning your week or making a vision board. Take daily steps instead of aggressive and reckless attempts to jump off your current reality.
