Do you have a 9-5 job? You can see the world with a traditional 9-5 job! As a mid range tracker having stabilized in income is super important to me! I am very sick of people saying you either have to pick between a 9-5 job or traveling. While not having a 9-5 job does make traveling easy to do, you still can travel with a “normal” job! However you have to be willing to prioritize that time off for traveling which I understand can be very difficult. I’m very lucky to be in a career path that is known for offering lots of PTO and I take advantage of it! I plan my PTO around seeing the world. Last year I was able to visit 5 new countries and 5 states all while working my normal in office job Weekend trips are a great way to see more places without burning through PTO. We often try to plan trips over American holidays in the spring and fall where we already have built in days off as well. A big way we make this work is saving money on flights by finding the best flight deals (no credit card points necessary)!
