Authentic Spanish Bar in Honmachi 🇪🇸 Don’t Miss the Amazing Paella 🥘 【Restaurant】 🏠 LOS SITIOS 【Location】 📍 5-minute walk from Honmachi Station ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ I visited LOS SITIOS, a cozy authentic Spanish bar run by a solo chef☺️ The MVP of the night was definitely the Spare Rib Paella 🥘 It’s cooked from raw rice, giving the grains that perfect al dente texture 🙌 Since it takes about an hour to prepare, make sure to order it early! Another highlight was the Skirt Steak—I had my eye on this one too ✨ It came with a blue cheese sauce, which is pretty rare, right? 🤔 Blue cheese has a strong flavor… do you like it?
