: All about this underrated gem & travel worthy trail in the Bay Area 🌿 Ed R. Levin County Park is one of the best places for scenic hiking, peaceful nature, and rolling green hills in Santa Clara County. Comment “Milpitas” for the all trails link to the hike I did! Make sure you’re following to receive the link. If you are looking for a Bay Area hiking spot with wildlife, wildflowers, lake views, and golden sunsets, this park is a must-visit. We hiked the Agua Caliente Trail, a moderate 2-hour loop with stunning panoramic views. Along the way we spotted birds, wild turkeys, and even grazing cattle. ⏰ Best time to visit Late afternoon or golden hour for a beautiful sunset hike and reflections on the lake. 🅿️ Parking Plenty of parking available inside the park. 🎫 Entry fee $6 per car. 🧺 Picnic areas Multiple picnic tables and BBQ spots, perfect before or after your hike. 🐶 Pet-friendly Dogs are allowed on leash on most trails, plus there is a designated dog park nearby. This is easily one of the most beautiful and underrated hikes in the Bay Area. Check out my earlier post for scenic photos from this trail.
