It was designed as a proof of concept for a new housing system. The ‘Cité radieuse’ accommodates 337 apartments, an indoor high street with a bookshop and a publishing house Imbernon, a bar and restaurant: Le Ventre de l’Architecte, a hotel: Le Corbusier, a Design Concept Store: the 318 and a Tea Room “l’Archi Gourmand“ ✨ The hotel rates start from €100 per double room. Recommend booking it in advance through their website ✨ This is not all, there is also a communal roof-top area which you can visit as well for FREE and from where you get breath-taking views of both mountains and the sea but also the city of Marseille ✨ For visitors, the areas open to the general public are FREE.
