Korean Family Appreciation Post ❤️ In the beginning of March I went on a little staycation with my Korean Family to celebrate @gunuw228 ‘s Mom’s birthday.. it was also around our 500Day anniversary, so I got a bit sentimental (once again :D) Thinking about the first time I met @gunuw228 ‘s parents in Iksan or his brother’s family about 1.5 years ago.. how all of them have been welcoming but of course quite distant and hesitant with me being the first foreigner to get THAT close to the family. Now I’m often called daughter, I get included in all family meetings and celebrations (also the family group chat) and I just feel loved every time I’m with them. But not just did they welcome me without any prejudices or bad feelings… they put so much effort into connecting with me and helping me understand them or other way round.
