Bergbahn Graseck, also known as Graseckbahn, is an historic, automatically operated gondola lift connecting the bottom of the Partnach Gorge with Gasthof Graseck. This small, unique cable car, originally opened in 1953, travels a 520-meter stretch with a 150-meter height difference, offering scenic views and a convenient way to access the hotel and hiking trails above the gorge.

The Partnach Gorge is a stunning natural monument and a national geotope in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. It was carved by glacial meltwater over millennia and can be explored via an accessible footpath and tunnels that were first established in 1886 for timber transport and then expanded for tourism in 1912. The gorge is approximately 700 meters long with cliffs over 80 meters high, offering a dramatic and often wet experience due to the waterfalls and spray.
