Geological Origin
The dramatic cliffs and unique rock formations of the Jogasaki Coast were formed by volcanic activity, specifically from the eruption of Mount Omuro roughly 4,000 years ago, creating a striking landscape of lava flows meeting the ocean.

At the end of the Kadowakitsuri Bridge lies the Kadowaki Lighthouse, which visitors can climb for breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of the coastline, the Pacific Ocean, and on clear days, even the distant Izu Oshima island.
