Korea has really good food everywhere. We stumbled into this place while looking at hagwons, private after-school academies, for the girls. Somewhere between appointments, I caught a little glimpse of what our everyday life here might look like. Classes, quick meals in between, and discovering good food along the way. I loved how this one came with instructions, too. Try the meat on its own, dip the next piece in egg yolk, then put it over the rice instead of mixing it all together. One of the many little things I’m excited to rediscover this year.
