Turns out Honinji Pond in Jeju is one of the most magical and underrated cherry blossom spots. A forest of trees sits back away from the road so only the people that know it exists go to find it. It was cloudy when we went, just one other couple and a family visiting too, and the cherry blossoms dazzled for us all.
