🗓️Last year during Black Friday, we made the most of the mega sales and secured 6 return flight tickets for less than £500 in total. Here are the details of the flights we booked: ✈️London Luton to Budapest - £50 ✈️London Luton to Reykjavik - £95 ✈️London Luton to Prague - £108 ✈️London Luton to Sarajevo - £59 ✈️London Gatwick to Vienna - £54 ✈️London Luton to Bratislava - £61.5 In total, for 2 persons, the cost was £427.50 ✨ However, our travel plans hit a snag when one of the flights was delayed for more than 5 hours due to a technical issue with the aircraft. ✨ Fortunately, we were aware of our rights as passengers and, according to European law, were entitled to a refund for the inconvenience caused by the delay. We filled out a complain with the Airline and they refunded £425. ✨ Under European Union Regulation 261/2004, passengers are entitled to compensation and assistance in the event of flight delays, cancellations, or denied boarding. This includes compensation for delays exceeding three hours, assistance such as meals and accommodation, and compensation for denied boarding or canceled flights. It’s important to know your rights and check if you are eligible for compensation under this regulation #travellife #travelmore #traveldiaries #travelguide #flightlife #flightcases #romanianblogger #romaniantraveler #romaniantravelblogger #uktravelblogger #ukblogger
