Miracles do exist ✨🍸 I had the pleasure of learning about @bombaysapphireus’s initiative to become the world’s most sustainable gin at their “Locally Spirited” dinner series @1hotel.sanfrancisco (ad21+) and wow am I impressed. Not only does Bombay Sapphire use 100% sustainably sourced botanicals and give back to farmers and communities they are sourced from, but their distillery is run entirely on renewable energy.
